School

Euch, no blogs in a month? SHAME. On all three of us.

However, at least in my case, I can safely blame school.

Second last year of secondary education is REALLY REALLY HARD.

Honestly, right now I have an English essay due tomorrow on Doctor Faustus (haven't started...), a biology fieldwork assignment due at some stage, a project for Ancient History due next period and a maths exam on Thursday which I just can't deal with right now!!

And, on top of all of that, I have four rehearsals a week for an AWESOME musical. Seriously, don't get me wrong, the time commitment is HUGE, but I wouldn't give it up for the world.

On the topic of the musical...

My understudy is a girl I never had any particular problem with until today. Turns out she really hates me for taking "her part" and wants me to fall terribly ill on the performance nights. I'm not sure, something along the lines of "shall we poison her?"

NOTE TO SELF: Take no food/drinks from her...

Anyway. The musical's great, as I said - it's All Shook Up - a musical based on Twelfth Night set to/inspired by the music of Elvis. It's a seriously fun, jazzy, boppy musical and I'm playing the character of Mayor Matilda who gets to yell at people for dancing too much. XD She gets married at the end. It's all very sweet.

So, on a finishing note, could someone please dress up as me/take Polyjuice Potion (Harry Potter reference FTW) or do SOMETHING so they can take my maths exam/do all my work for me so I have time/energy to do the musical rehearsals? Please and thankyou!!

Love,
Pia.
